How to receive a 1% Home Buyer Rebate on a resale home:

1.) Complete and sign an Exclusive Buyers Brokerage Agreement when we start working together, and prior to signing any purchase and sale contract with any seller or FSBO, and all Rebate terms will be disclosed in the Buyer Brokerage agreement.  You’ll also be required  to sign a copy of our Buyer Rebate Program Terms and Conditions disclaimer form.

2.) Per the Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement, we  must represent you throughout the entire buying process and transaction up until closing representing you as your exclusive Buyer’s Agent.

3.) If you speak with, or contact a Listing agent about a property, or contact a For Sale By Owner Homeowner directly, you must inform the Listing agent or Homeowner that you are represented by our company Owner/Founder Robert Bennett as your agent of record. 


4.) Contact Robert to arrange a showing for any homes you are interested in viewing and he will schedule an appointment to meet you at the homes you are interested in seeing.

5.) Once you’re ready to make an offer, Robert will write the offer, present it to the sellers, and also personally negotiate all contracts and all amendments, plus he will  take care of everything else in-between to get you to a successful closing.

6.) You receive your 33% Rebate (1% of the 3% we earn from the seller for selling you their home) as a credit at the closing table, and it’s applied as a credit on the closing statement.  Your Rebate can pay for closing cost, HOA fees, or pay-down your loan amount.  Consult with your Lender for their guidelines/best way you can apply at closing 

How to receive a 1.5% Home Buyer Rebate on a new construction home:

1.) Complete and sign an Exclusive Buyers Brokerage Agreement when we start working together and prior to  signing any Builders purchase and sale contract, and all Rebate terms will be disclosed in the Buyer Brokerage agreement.  You’ll also be required  to sign a copy of our Buyer Rebate Program Terms and Conditions disclaimer form.

2.) You do all the research to Find the property, and you visit the new home communities you’re most interested in. 

3.) If you visit a new home neighborhood, you must inform the builders on-site agent that you are represented by Robert Bennett as your agent of record. If you decide to fill-out their register book, you must register both your names (if you’re a couple) and also include Robert Bennett’s name (and License # 139639) as your agent of record with your registration. Please also confirm that the Builder will be paying a 3% commission.

4.) You (the Buyer) shall negotiate terms and upgrades directly with the builder or builders salesperson, however, Robert will only be a phone call away if you have any questions, or need his help.

5.) Once your negotiations are finalized and you have signed the Builders agreement, have the onsite agent email the sales contract and disclosures to Robert for his review and signature.

6.) You receive your 50% Rebate (1.5% of the 3% we earn from the Home Builder for selling you their home) as a credit at the closing table, and it’s applied as a credit toward your overall transaction financials on the closing statement.  Your Rebate can pay for closing cost, HOA fees, or pay-down your loan amount.  Consult with your Lender for their guidelines on how it can be applied. 

Please note: Robert Bennett must receive a minimum of a 3% Buyers agent commission from the seller of the property your Buying.  * The majority of homes listed for sale offer a 3% Buyers agent commission.
